# Next steps

## **Reassess your trust and trustworthiness at regular intervals**

Being trustworthy and trusted requires organisations to commit to regularly reassessing and improving their data practices. As your external circumstances shift – eg your ecosystem, customers or stakeholders change – you will need to take steps to reassess the degree to which you are still trustworthy and trusted. Similarly, as your organisation grows or evolves, you will need to take steps to reassess trust and trustworthiness. We recommend planning to return regularly to this guidebook and the activities and tools it contains in order to identify whether any relationships have changed, agreements need to be updated or sections of the playbook need to be repeated. This will help organisations ensure that, as time moves on and things change, they are doing everything possible to be trustworthy and trusted.

#### For an annotated list of other ODI and non-ODI tools relevant to demonstrating trust and trustworthiness, see our [catalogue of trust-related resources](https://airtable.com/shrLpLgHiyLY35iDq/tblAl3x6FK8iyYm1j/viwuCm6lDzSjuvDee?blocks=hide).

The catalogue is a work in progress and represents a snapshot of the resources landscape as of March 2021 based on extensive desk research. The ODI would like to note that the inclusion of any tool or resource does not imply an endorsement of the organisation and product.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://open-data-institute.gitbook.io/p22-trustworthy-data-stewardship-guidebook/-MW92wuAXMrYPE7sgA-M/demonstrate/next-steps-3.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
