Understanding the policy, regulatory and ethics landscape is critical for assuring positive impact when designing a data access initiative and deciding on the data infrastructure that is key to the initiative.
At this stage, you could reflect on the stakeholders in the data ecosystem that your initiative might have to engage with to ensure regulatory compliance, and the ethical considerations surrounding the data infrastructure.
